I founded SMJ Profit Pathways because I have seen too many talented business owners struggle without the financial clarity they need. With more than 20 years of accounting, construction, manufacturing, payroll, and small business experience, I understand both the numbers and the people behind them.
My husband and I experienced the highs and lows of the construction industry, including seasons of real financial loss. That experience shaped my purpose: to help business owners recognize warning signs earlier, make stronger decisions, and build businesses that support their families, teams, and futures.
